What is Kundalini Yoga?
Kundalini Yoga and Meditation is referred to as the “Yoga of Awareness,”. It brings greater consciousness to thoughts, feelings, and actions.
Kundalini Yoga awakens and channels your dormant energy located at the base of the spine. The set of kriyas are designed to produce effects such as increased energy, mental clarity, emotional balance, inner calm, elimination of anger, a stronger nervous or immune system, among many other benefits.
Unlike some other yogas that concentrate on the physical postures, Kundalini Yoga combines movement, breathwork, mantra and meditation for holistic transformation of mind, body, spirit.
